Thursday 2nd January 2025:- Easy 40

Get in…… tonight’s run was sooo much easier…. I stuck with the game plan to run at a slow steady pace. It was a bit annoying though… as my watch was telling me that I was running a lot faster than the treadmill. My watch told me that I ran 3.13 miles in 40 minutes

Wednesday 1st January 2025:- Happy New Year

Eeekkk… the reality has just got real…. It is THIS year that I am running the London Marathon! Super excited and totally motivated to continue with my training. What an awesome start to 2025….. I played padel for 1.5 hours. Followed by a quick coffee before I play tennis for 1.5 hours. I then completed

Thursday 12th December 2024:- Easy 30

Wahooooo…… I think this evening has to be my favourite run so far!! I loved loved it. I worked 10-6:30pm today and then I headed straight out of the door for an Easy 30 minute run around the streets of London. Tonight’s run was so much easier than running on the treadmill. It was great.

Tuesday 3rd December 2024:- Easy 30 minutes

Another Easy 30 minutes relaxed run…. I am supposed to keep the pace really relaxed and try to think about breathing consistently throughout.. It says if you ned to walk some of it… there is no shame in that. I think I shall remember this later on when the training gets tougher and longer but
