Thursday 16th January 2025:- The Helsinki:- 5 x 3 min Efforts, 60 secs Recovery

Boy ohh boy,…. this is such hard work. I know I am supposed to be pushing myself but I am sure I push myself way too hard on these sessions. I also think that I should probably slow down a lot more in the recovery parts as I never seem to recover quickly enough before I am back at it full speed ahead!!

It makes me giggle when I see my post photo run as I do not look like this when I am running or just prior to the photo… I literally look like death warmth up and as though I am about to throw up! So far so good… I haven’t actually thrown up on any runs yet..
