I am supposed to keep the pace really relaxed and try to think about breathing consistently throughout..  It says if you ned to walk some of it&#8230; there is no shame in that. I think I shall remember this later on when the training gets tougher and longer but for now I shall try and manage to run for 30 minutes even if I have to slow the pace down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The target is to run at 12:43min\/mile.. I actually end up running 12.23 min\/mile. I think I end up running faster as my shoe lace came undone so I had to pause and then when I start running again I think oh no&#8230; the treadmill will take it&#8217;s time to get back to the pace that I am supposed to run at and then I think&#8230;. hmm I can manage this pace therefore I just leave it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It seems to me that I find it difficult to to settle into a nice breathing pattern whenever I first start to run. It is strange really as I didn&#8217;t really alter the pace so that I would get used to running at a consistent pace. I start to remember all the advice people give to you about breathing and before you know it&#8230;.
