I was motivated by Charlie&#8217;s post about his mum doing strength and conditioning&#8230; this is something that I have avoided as I know my legs are so weak&#8230; It&#8217;s a silly reason why not to do something when it is an area that I definitely need to work upon. So thanks Charlie and his mum for inspiring me to get to it&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Base Superset here I come!! The Warm-Up left me tired&#8230; Jumping Jacks; Walkouts; Running On The Spot&#8230;. My heart is starting to pound! Hip Openers&#8230; This is something that I need to do more often especially on days that I work as I spend the majority of my time sitting down! Heal Flicks&#8230;. I always find these hard work as I tend to go quite quickly at the start.. then I get knackered and lose my rhythm. Downward Dog with a Cobra (not sure if it is called a Cobra&#8230; but It&#8217;s what I have decided to call this movement! Marching On The Spot. I am thinking if this is the Warm-Up&#8230; what is the main workout going to be like!! Leg Swings.. yes, I feel as though this is a great opportunity to catch my breath!  Sprints&#8230;. breathe Louise Breathe&#8230; There is no need to hold your breath! Oh no&#8230;. Standing hip openers&#8230;. Pick a spot on the wall&#8230; come on you can do.. try and balance on one leg&#8230; brace your core&#8230; You have this&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time for the main session&#8230;. Squats and Calf Raises are the first superset. 3 sets of 30 seconds each&#8230; so far so good<br>Moving onto Good Morning and Narrow Squats. My thighs are probably going to start to ache or burn&#8230; Narrow Squats&#8230; nightmare&#8230; but hey we have to start somewhere.<br>Bear Plank and Reverse Lunges&#8230;..
