I have finally finished my CPD for my Social Work re-registration&#8230; I told myself at the beginning of the week, I was not allowed out to play until I got it done apart from going to the theatre on Friday night as that was booked ages ago. I have felt a little bit guilty though as I have had to say no to playing in squash team matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I celebrated my freedom by heading out the door for a quick 20 minute run which turned into 30 minutes. It was only going to be a quick one as I was going shopping with Jorge.
