What an awesome weekend. I played doubles with Ellie… We have never played squash doubles together and neither of us have ever played on a Doubles Squash Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had so much fun. We narrowly won our first match of the weekend 3-2 against two young juniors. Our performance quickly went downhill after that!! Mind you.. our next match was against the number 1 seeds! So that was a quick 3-0 but at least we picked up some coaching tips from Oli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday we were back for some more… again we played two juniors but this time we were totally outclassed and lost 3-0. We then took on the Head Squash Pro, Patrick and his partner, Shayne (RAC Ladies Club Champion). We had so much fun but lost 3-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I even managed to get in a quick run on Sunday. I wasn’t sure if I would manage it as my slight twinge in my calf came back over the weekend but in the final match it seemed to disappear. I thought I wouldn’t push it but just go for a gentle jog to keep the legs moving… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plan was only to go for a run for 25 minutes and see what happens… the above happened.. haha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
